- Must be available for the entire event, including moving in at an assigned time on Monday, November 7th through 4:00 pm Wednesday, November 9, 2011.

Half Space Minimum of 60 sq ft $190
Full Space Minimum of 120 sq ft $375
One and One Half Spaces Minimum of 180 sq ft $570
Double Space Minimum of 240 sq ft $750
Exhibitors must all supply the following:
1. Website that contains photos or
Photographs of merchandise, booths at other shows, retail displays. Photos will not be returned.
2. Summary of your business including:
· General description of your business
· Merchandise – examples of, brand names, and reasons your merchandise is unique
· Overall price range
· Gift show experience, including sales figures
· Two referrals from other gift shows and/or gift show event chairs
· Extras that you do for your customers – personalizing, special orders, gift wrap.
Exhibitors
are generally invited in March and April and most of our space is booked in
April and May. Occasionally there are
limited Exhibitor openings beyond April.
